Yesterday was a BIG day for Michigan! On Wednesday, April 18, Dr. Solomon traveled to Michigan’s capital city to stand by as Lieutenant Governor Brian Calley signed into law a bill mandating that autism services in Michigan be covered by insurance companies. The ‘autism insurance bill’ will go into effect in just 6 months. In the words of one parent, “This legislation means the world to us and to thousands of other families across the state of Michigan.”
